The winners of the fifth Lewes District Business Awards were announced at the Amex Stadium on Thursday July 19th.
Over 250 of the Lewes District business community were in attendance including 38 finalists, with 12 trophies presented by comedian Simon Evans.
Newhaven businesses were amongst the winners with Foodhaven Bakery winning Food & Drink Producer of The Year, Fundraising Auctions winning Employer of the Year, Sara Williams from The Patchwork Catscooping Entrepreneur of the Year and Tomsetts Distribution collecting Company of The Year.
Corinne Day, Programme Director at Newhaven Enterprise Zone, said: “It’s great to see so many Newhaven businesses taking top spots at the Lewes District Business Awards.
“Newhaven is a fantastic place for businesses to thrive and these award winners are testament to that.”
