The Newhaven Enterprise Zone works to promote well thought-out development which builds on the town’s exceptional location and capitalises on its working port and coastal connections.

Building a stronger visitor offer
Arts and culture is already thriving in the town, with more than 100 people part of Made in Newhaven, a selection of creative businesses calling Newhaven home and organisations working together to create art festivals and pop-ups.
The Enterprise Zone will support all businesses – makers, innovators, manufacturers – to develop their enterprises to contribute to a stronger town economy.
