A proposal for a new residential development is underway in Newhaven consisting of 21 affordable rented units for local people with a mixture of 1 bed and 2 bed apartments and 3 bed houses.
The planned development is proposed for Newhaven’s old police station that sits on the corner of the junction between South Way and South Road.
