Once home to Bevan Funnell, one of the UK’s most successful manufacturers of fine furniture, the site is spread across two neighbouring footprints; one of which has been subject to a number of residential development applications, and the other which is home to several local SMEs. There is an Article 4 Direction in place across the Southern footprint of the Bevan Funnell site. This prohibits the change of use from light industrial to residential.
Currently there is a unit that comprises an open plan purpose built warehouse, benefitting from five roller shutter doors, a good sized yard and maximum 13m eaves height. Consideration will be given to occupying individual bays.
