Michael Kianfar MSc.
Michael is a Partner at Synergy Capital and a business turnaround specialist. He has a Masters in Finance from the London Business School and he was founder and chief editor of Briefings in Entrepreneurial Finance (Academic Journal). Michael has been running businesses both locally and international for nearly 40 years and is experienced with businesses in distress.
Andrew Halfacree BSc MRICS
Andrew is a Director and part-owner of Flude Commercial. Flude Commercial was started in Brighton by Andrew and his partner Ed Flude in 1996. It has since grown to comprise three offices in Brighton, Chichester and Portsmouth with 36 staff. The firm specialises in commercial property advice and services. Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor (qualified in 1995) and Member of the RICS – the internationally recognised governing body for the property industry. He has 30 years experience dealing in the south coast property market.
Michelle Connors – Business Engagement Officer
With strong business development experience across public and private sector organisations, Michelle is adept at building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. Michelle is the first point of contact for enquiries and helps businesses access the expert advice they need.
